"Despite pre checking in room was not ready at 4:00pm. One quilt for 4 people. Two towels for 4 people. Room decoration was stained and dirty. Thank God we were not spending our days in that room. Worst Omni I have ever stayed in."

"After staying here, I’ll stick to staying in the suburbs and taking the train in. I’m sure this place would be ideal for a concert or something similar but I brought my family here so we could walk to the museums. We got a room on the 12th floor and our window opened up to the center of the hotel. ..."
