It was a great property, not excellent, but almost. I have to say that the staff was excellent, excellent customer service. The only issue was with the shower drain. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the water to drain. It was justcl 2 of us which made it bearable, but if it was 4 people in the room it could have been time consuming. But other than that, it was an excellent stay. No, one other thing, we parked in the garage which is valet parking. We didn't drive the whole stay there, and I didn't notice until we returned, that there were scratches (rubbed off paint on the bottom front bumper of my car that wasn't there when I pulled in. It's kind of too late now, but I will know to take a look around my vehicle before and after.

Gorgeous room with a breathtaking view!

It’s a great location for walk around the beautiful downtown of Chicago. People were so helpful and friendly. Definitely I’ll consider coming back.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, comfortable room temperature on a hot weekend, large bathroom and spacious work station. Close to trains that transport to the loop within minutes.

The property was beautifully kept!
