โThe location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. โ

Frรผhstรผck und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplรคtze immer frei und sehr schรถn. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen. โ

โYou really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend! โ
โI love how it was very clean and easy for self check in and check out. Everything is walkable distance and you can get free bus pass online through hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property itโs so worth it. Lot of food options within walking distance. โ
โI would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent
