Clean and comfortable room. Nothing fancy, but that was expected at this price point. Only complaint is the size of the towels in the bathroom. They were way too small for a normal sized adult to dry off with. Overall it was a decent stay for one night while passing through.

Never again Red Roof Inn

Traveling to a funeral and had booked a pet friendly room, information on Hotels.com clearly stated that pets could stay for free. When we arrived the front desk staff said it was up to the managements discretion and he denied our reservation even though they would remain in a travel kennel the entire night. Staff was rude and completely indifferent to our needs. Please take the time to read numerous other reviews that are very similar.

I expect a refund

Despite booking a room online, the hotel would not allow us to check in. We had a dog, and they claimed To be a pet friendly hotel. But they did not Have any rooms for pets. They would not allow me to check in. I arrived at 12:30am, very tired, and 8 hours from home.
