"We went in to try and check in early to see if they had any rooms available but the man at the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms available at that time and to come back at 3pm. When we came back at 3pm he said that all rooms have been canceled as of that morning and that there were no rooms available. Two other people were also in the same predicament when trying to check in during that time. I never received any emails from La Quinta or Expedia saying that our booking was canceled and the man at the front desk straight up lied and misled us into believing that there would be rooms when we came back at 3pm. "

"The staff was awesome! They let us check in really late and I was grateful that our room was still our room."

"Breakfast was delicious, the only thing was the overnight staff at counter was not there some time in the early hours of sunday. There was alot of different parties (including myself) waiting for a staff member to show up. One party ended up leaving cause of the wait."

"When checking in it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The hallways smelled like smoke. The beds are glorified cots. The towels were dirty. Will never stay there again."

"The room was good, wish they had a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Everything was clean and organized though. Didn’t get to check in after one hour of original check in, can’t believe they only had one maid for their busiest weekend hence the late check in because they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix, sad."

"Everything's good, it was only wrong timing when we arrived my toddler was so excited to go on the pool but it was under maintenance when we arrive but other than that, everything is good. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom tub was gross! There was black mold in the drain and the tub looked grimy. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good. We love the location, the quaint Spanish style decor in the lobby. There's a nice indoor pool and beautiful sitting area in the courtyard. I used to use the workout room that is.no.longer there! There used to be cute shops in the lobby, all are gone now."
