"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "

No viene equipado con ventilador o aire acondicionado para cubrir las horas de calor. La comunicación con los representantes del hotel es pobre. Los agentes de Expedia pésimos en darme asistencia con darme información de esta reserva. En general, la estancia estuvo aceptable por el precio pero pueden mejorar en cosas simples. "
