The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel overall is clean, classy, and beautifully maintained. After a long day visiting the Taj Mahal and touring Agra city, the relaxing poolside area was the perfect place to unwind. "I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously. Having travelled a lot in diff countries and continents to see it happens in my home town where we booked this it disappointing . Until they address these issues and implement proper security measures, I cannot recommend this hotel"
