“We paid for a family room, instead we got a single double bed. The room was crowded. The linens were dirty. The windows didn’t shut and it was cold overnight and there was the noise of a pipe banging constantly all night long. We paid for 2 nights but it was so awful we left after one. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This may be the first negative review I’ve ever left. I don’t want anyone else to not be warned. ”

“Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains.”

“While I booked this hotel, it is currently under renovations. I wish Cesar would have let me know before as I arrived in the dark with my Uber driver telling me that this is not a safe area. “They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy.
