The redeeming feature of this hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, dining room, housekeeping and maintenance is top notice, friendly and helpful. But be warned if you have any physical limitations this place is not for you. There are steps up the side of a mountain, mostly uneven with no handrails. It’s lovely but difficult. The room was nice but bathroom tight and only warm water, not near hot. Dining room is at the very top of the hill and unless you have a car, only reachable after a long hike

Staff was very helpful and courteous. I did not use the pool, but it was clean and well kept. The room was very small, but it was nice and clean. The children’s area is not well kept. I did notice the staff working on remodeling some parts of the property throughout my stay. There’s not much to do around the hotel besides going to the casino. You can catch a cab for $1.65 to the bus terminal station which is bout 5 minutes away from the hotel. There’s a grocery store and some shopping you can do in the terminal station area. It’s a decent hotel for an overnight stay.

The breakfast was really good a lot variety. The hotel area was very green ideal for morning walks. Rooms were nice and clean. Plenty of parking The access to the main restaurant it will be nice if the ramp to access the restaurant will be cover when is rain is no ideal climb the ramp.or the stairs. It will be nice a direct access from the rooms to the restaurants without having to go outside.

El hotel requiere profundo. Posee áreas sociales y comunes espectaculares pero con décadas sin siquiera pintarlas, hacer jardines, como el parque y juegos infantiles. La piscina le falta pintura. Sin embargo está en mejores condiciones que el resto de los hoteles de Chitré. En general esta ciudad carece de un hotel de calidad. Éste tiene gran oportunidad de convertirse en el primero si invirtiesen en él.

La habitación sencilla 1 cama doble, es muy pequeña. Los productos de limpieza que utilizan para pisos tienen un olor muy fuerte…. Sin embargo noté muy buena disposición y buen trato de parte de los colaboradores. El desayuno incluido también buenas opciones y buena sazón.
