“Stayed for 2 nights as we were in the area for a Woodturning experience. Room we had was a converted garage and was perfect for our needs. Fully self contained with parking outside. We booked breakfast at £10 each and it was brought to the room at a time of our choosing, brilliant. Staff extremely friendly and there us a lovely, large garden to relax in at the back.”

“I walked into the shower door because I thought it was open, it was spotless. The room had a king size bed, quirky furnishing, like a silver monkey holding up the table top. Lots of interesting objects on the landing. We had the de luxe room with a fridge. The pub itself looked smart but we didn't eat there. The outside looks a bit shabby so inside was quite a surprise.”
“The host is very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The accommodation is spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. In the morning, full English breakfast is served. There is a lovely pub nearby and there are good walks around the nearby lakes. All in all, great location and good value for money.”
