チェックインでHotel's comの予約確認がなかなかできずに、時間がかかった（理由は不明）。また、従業員は片言の英語も話せず、パソコンによる筆談でやりとりした。しかし、料金の割に滞在は快適であり、予約確認などの手続きに問題がなければ、再度利用したいホテルである。
