"Advertised as having a mini bar but there wasn''t one, also was told would have a free upgrade but no upgrade, tried to call reception and was told they knew nothing of a free upgrade, also said there is no mini bar as there is no staff on site. There was also no breakfast on site despite been advertised as a bed and breakfast!! This is false advertisement and not good service and I plan on seeking a refund as I am an unhappy customer. "
