“I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. “Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. “The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious.
