"This Hotel is WONDERFUL! I've been meaning to check this Hotel out for a while now. Perfect opportunity came about for my birthday. I arrived well before my checkout and offered the best Rum Punch! The Staff were kind enough to store my bags until then. The music playing over the speaker is always a vibe. Who selected this playlist? Awesome!! When I returned, they were able to check me in early. The room is amazing. There's even a hot tub on the balcony. The Hotel is ideally situated in Oistins. Extremely close to the beach and the Friday night Fish Fry. Overall I'm giving my stay a 9.5/10. The bathroom lighting was a bit too dim for me. There was only 1 hook behind the bathroom door. Would have preferred that the shower have a sliding door to not soak the entire bathroom floor (health & safety). This is the only reason for the -0.5. The rooms were immaculately clean. Not one speck of dust. Love the contemporary design. The balcony has a mesh door to let fresh air in in case you don't want A/C. The ceiling fan is high powered enough to cool the room down. I will definitely be back at the Abidah."

"My 13 & 15 year old daughters, and myself loved our stay so much that if we returned we would stay there again. (We were there for the Ninja Throwdown.) The entire hotel staff were all very welcoming, attentive, kind, and patient. The welcome beverage, I chose the rum punch, was so delicious and strong, I relaxed instantly from the journey; I could not wait to change into a swimsuit to lounge by the pool. Instead, upon checking into our studio room I lounged on the lounger of the balcony, while my daughters took in the beauty of the resort from the balcony table. Although our room was a studio, it was arranged so well that the space seamlessly flowed making it feel larger. We liked the space so much, that we were initially disappointed when they upgraded us to a one bedroom in the next "building" over because THEY were concerned we'd be troubled by stairway repair. They not only upgraded us to a beautiful one bedroom on the same upper level with a bigger balcony, but also gave us a meal credit for the inconvenience. The beach access was perfect! Although we did not enter due to the sargassam that is affecting most of that side of the island, we were able to walk the beach, lounge on the chairs, as well as enjoy the sound of the rolling waves from our balcony. The beautiful colors of the pool from the room, as we night swam in the pool, or as we listened to the music of the talented musicians each night was soothing. I only wish the menu was more varied for picky eaters."

The villa was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Joanne was absolutely wonderful! She was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. She made the entire experience very seamless, from check-in all the way through to check-out, and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We also really appreciated how safe and peaceful the neighborhood felt. It was a great location, and we felt comfortable and secure throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Maya’s Bajan Villas – Unit B to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Barbados. 🇧🇧❤️"
