Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice shower and hot wateR AC Worked great. Room was super quiet. WiFi was fine. Needs a little updating especially bathroom cabinets. Lots of great towels. Close to every you want to see. No complaints!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room smelled clean, but I was very disappointed in the bathroom overall and cleanliness. There was hair on the floor, what looked like some type of fluid on the wall of the bathtub. The shampoo bottle had been ripped off the shower wall, one of the lamps didn't work making it very dim in the bathroom and no light near the shower. There was greenish water stains or something from the bathtub faucet and cracked tiles. After having stayed at the Bellagio the year before, I was excited to try another iconic hotel but this one did not live up to my expectations and I won't stay again. The Italian restaurant was AH-mazing!! I would eat there again!
