It’s more like a hostel accomodation. The room is really small and the bathroom even more.
It didn’t really give us a “clean feeling” since the sheets looked like they were used, but overall is ok if you need to stay one night, as stopover.
We had quite a nice stay. The house is new, well furnished and thought through. We really enjoyed the stay as we were the only people there overnight, but could see how it might be more rowdy and congested if fully booked.
In saying that, there is ample space in the house with each room, dinning area and a games/tv room, so plenty of space to escape to if needed.
Breakfast was quite basic, but all you really needed. Small variety of single serve cereal packs with fruit, toast, and condiments available.
