"The bed, water pressure, and air conditioner is the only reason I chose the middle rating. They balanced out the lack of breakfast, strong chemical smell (Cleaner??) in the room, and lack of preparedness in the room (one towel, wash cloth, no mat) for a reservation for two."

"The stay was just ok. The headboard was greasy and nasty, floor half vacuum, and the padding under the sheets were bunch up under the fitted sheet. We seen a bug flying on the curtains. I was told at the desk checking in that I would get a receipt at check out. When I checking out I was old if you use a 3rd party they mail the receipt. I use 3rd party often and still receive a printed out receipt."
