This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. Perfect stay at Hotel JAL City Toyama! The room was perfect and equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the laundry information feature on the TV such a smart and convenient detail. The breakfast was delicious with great options, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room. Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by! I'll be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The car park is very spacious. Though it is just next to the station, as it is at Numazu north exit, there are not many restaurants or shopping area. You need to walk 1.2km to cross the rail in order to reach the south exit side.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Lots of amenities provided for personal use. Location was within shopping, several restaurants and terminal.

We stayed at a "sister" hotel in Osaka and found this one to be either newer or better maintained than the one in Osaka. I found this property very attractive in its natural, zen style architecture and furnishings. The Japanese "onsen" (hot springs bath) was in a natural setting surrounded by trees and rocks and offered a view of the stars while soaking in the hot springs.
