"The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for."

"Great location and very courteous staff. My husband and I enjoyed staying at our ocean view room. After traveling for 2&1/2 weeks, it was helpful to have the laundry room at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn ’t get to use the pool or the sauna on the day we were free because they closed it for the maintenance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at Grand Josun."

"Only thing was that the toilet instructions and temperature controls were in Korean. We figured out how to flush the toilet but never did figured out how to adjust the room temperature so it was a little chilly sleeping."
