"When I arrived, the toilet was leaking and the sink wouldn't let water out. I complained but the owner didn't want to try communicate through a translation app. This was frustrating but her daughter arrived later at the owner's request and was willing to use the translation app. I asked for a different room and she obliged. "Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"The room was clean and cozy. The property included some interesting amenities like a bar/singing room full of drums that guests could use if you come with friends. The owners were accomodating - they prepared hot coals for us to have a bbq and explained how to find the nearest grocery store as we arrived late at night."

"The communication between owners was poor. There were several insects within the room. Hidden charges required once arrived the property. I was not notified of check out time until 1 hour prior to check out. "

"Brand new hotel but situated outside city center. Provide free parking. There is no restaurant at hotel nor breakfast room. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Simple reception and staff speak no English."
