We had a room with balcony (with courtyard view - meaning parking lot views..) and the balcony was awkwardly placed with the door blocking the way around the room. Would have just gone for the French balcony - instead of paying extra for a useless balcony. Service was nice but strange, a bit slow. "

No USB or other ports for electrical equipment charging (amazing given I believe hotel was opened in 2024). Beds felt cheap and could heap and feel springs. No in room coffee/tea. Not really a 4 star hotel experience."
