"Staff is great, always willing to help and assist, hotel looks new but lack of blackout courtains, windows/doors do not seal well so room can be very cold at night, 20 mins walking to city center."

"Excellent location and the staff were great. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready. We had a long night travelling to Bukhara so the early check-in was very much appreciated. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very tasty breakfast too. We would stay here again."
