Lโhรดtel est super : propre, personnel accueillant, belle deco et ร 5mn ร pied du zรฉnith. Quartier vivant car juste ร cotรฉ nous avons pu profiter des halles magnifiques ! Je recommande vivement โ
โWhat a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a quiet street that is a short walk to city center. Itโs a bit longer to the train station but my husband and I( 70+years) easily walked it twice with multiple wheeled luggage. We would highly recommend this sweet temporary home. โ
โI enjoyed everything from check-in to check-out and breakfast. The staff were super friendly and did their best to help the guest.
However, one thing, when I came in after a long-oneday trip on the second day, the old man at the reception.
He was on the phone, and I waited for a few minutes,
I was quite tired, but he keep talking via phone.
Once he finished his call, he didn't give me the key, and suddenly said, "You... pay." (He spoke to me in French)
There was no explanation about pay,...
"When I checked in. I paid the city tax & parking fee for two days in advance, but Reception said it hadn't been processed and that I had to pay it.
I looked for the receipt and showed it to them and that's when they realized it.
