"This hotel is adorable and in a great location. But, it continues to exist despite itself. We’ve stayed a few times while going to a U Cincy event, and there’s always some kind of billing or other problem. This time, there was a fire alarm at 3am, and we were all evacuated. The staff was nowhere while we all filed out, and then they couldn’t even direct us to a staircase to get back to our room. They did provide free breakfast vouchers, but we’d already paid for the breakfast vouchers and had to seek a reimbursement through Hotels.com. What a pain! The staff is nice, but usually clueless."
