Erin was very helpful at check-in. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in could use some love/updating, The parking garage is VERY short at 6’ 4”, we struggled parking our truck. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Check in was no problem as was parking. Checking out was a bit challenging. 3 elevators and 1 was out of service so we had to walk down to breakfast (no big deal). Got an elevator for return trip up but no luck on the check out so walked down with our suitcases. the hotel is nice with happy hour at 5:30 -7 (amaretto sours and fuzzy navels available, not beer, wine and cocktails). It is a nice hotel and centrally located to events, etc in Covington.

This property is perfectly situated for exploring tourist attractions across both Cincinnati and Covington. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. While the hotel is clean and very well-maintained, the property does feel dated and could benefit from some modern upgrades.

We arrived late, after 10pm. There was no clear signage where to check in. Thought we went to the wrong entrance. I have to call to find out where to go to check in. It is not well maintained. Carpet/furnitures are old - the ottoman is peeling. The faucets are cracked. Location is great because it is next to the river with the view of the downtown Cincinnati.

The hotel was clean and the location is convenient. Staff was friendly. We booked a king room, however my only complaint was they put us in a wheelchair accessible room and the shower situation was not ideal. Save these rooms for people that need them.
