This is an average hotel. We needed to stay for a night and it filled this need. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible.

I liked its proximity to Liberty Township and was a very pleasant place to stay. My one disappointment was in the breakfast. The options were not as extensive as they claim them to be.

We unfortunately found hair in our bed and were moved to another room and found hair in the newly assigned room. The night time staff member did what he could to accommodate us as he was the only staff member, the morning staff assisted in comping us for the first night but I wouldn’t refer anyone to this location.

Property decline
This place has gone downhill big time. We've stayed here 3 years in a row. This year we saw a marked decline in the overall upkeep of the property. Our room itself had a giant burn in the carpet. The toilet wouldn't fill properly so it ran constantly. We were told there was no maintenance on the weekend so our only option was to switch to a smaller room with no monetary compensation. Thankfully my husband was able to fix it. The pool heater was broken so the water was freezing. My 4 year old could only swim for about 5 minutes before turning blue. 2 out of 3 nights we were there, the entire fuse system in our room blew, leaving us in the dark & scaring our kid. Thank goodness for phones with flashlights so we could trip our own breaker (again, no maintenance available.) I overheard multiple conversations at the front desk about various issues from other guests as well. It's disappointing that our go-to hotel in the area is no longer an option for us.

Good stay but confused on price
Good stay..Room was clean and spacious and the staff was froendly but confused on price. My receipt was for $226.40 for 2 nights but my card was charged $246.40.

Had a nice stay, room was nice, spacious and clean but there were stains on the sofa bed and couch. Everything else was good though, including the pool, breakfast and gym facilities. I do wish however they would replace the sofa in the lounge/reception/ dining area…cushions appeared either dirty or stained

Don't go here
Room was not clean. Ref had crumbs in it. Bedside table had some gooy white stuff on it I don't even want to think about it. Bathroom door was broke... No handles couldn't use it.

The check in clerk did not speak English too well. We asked about shuttle service and did not get an answer .asked again And got a reply that they were not offering a shuttle and this is why we picked this location. You have to request to have the room cleaned and was not informed of that fact. Would not return .

The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was clean the best of anyones ability. There was insane noise like construction through out the night… and it is clear the people that stay here are on a clear path to destroy this place.. massive stains and broken picture frames all around. The only people we say were familes with lots of kids which may account for all the carpet and furniture stains, but I witnessed some hammered drunk boomers barrel into the elevator as we were headed to our room. That might explain all the broken thing… "Steve" and "Karen" can’t handle their liquor. And lastly the cigarette butts everywhere… yall gotta quit smoking, those things will kill you. Otherwise, nice staff… I like Home 2 Suites, but just know this one is less corporate traveller and more of a party house.
