As soon as we walked into the room we noticed how filthy the room was. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The sheets weren’t changed because they were stained and had hair all over them. That’s when we found a dead BED BUG in the bathroom sink! We immediately tore through the sheets and bed and we found a LIVE BED BUG in a pillow case! I went straight to the front desk and all they asked was if I wanted a refund. Nothing else.

Quiet secluded location however the property itself is worn down and needs updated. The rooms were dirty behind and under furniture tv bed and along every wall. The tables and hard surfaces were very dusty. Lots of stains on furniture and carpet and the bathroom floor was dirty between each tile. You can tell that the room was quickly cleaned but needs a very deep cleaning

Our only concern was the elevator worked when it wanted. Staff would assist if it was on the ground floor but if you were on upper floors it took a long time if you couldn't do stairs.

This was one of the best stays we have had in the past few years...we will definitely staying here again...clean room with a clean smell to it...room was very spacious which was a very big plus for my family...only issues we had was the light over the sink in the bathroom did not work but was not a big deal...beds were very soft...a little uncomfortable for someone that don't like soft beds...but I will trade that for a clean room any day...all in all it was great stay...look forward to going back in July

Bad to no lighting in parking area; several dirty spots in the room; elevators stopped working one day, but was repaired same day. Really doesn't offer much but shower and bed. Staff was very nice.

When I say bad I mean BAD the staff is so extremely rude I was called greedy because I was upset that the room had NO working lights no cushions at all on the sofa and smelled like urine! I was told I could leave and be refunded however instead of being refunded the hotel charged my card several times after leaving I had to Freeze my account and get a new debit card when I called back to find out about my refund she told me she would not be returning the $75 dollar incidental fee because I chose to leave! I have still not been refunded for anything and I filed a police report! Save yourself the trouble when we were leaving the property there were three other guests all asking for refunds for one problem or another do your research check them out on the better business bureau this hotel is dirty, unsafe, and a big headache save yourself from there scam!!!
