"Second time staying here. It is excellent for the price! Older property but newly remodeled with rooms having (2) 55” UHD smart TV’s. We love the pool and the hot tub! The grounds and pool are always sparkling clean. Heated pool. Water temperature is 80 degrees (Feb / March) according to my smart watch. Hot tub is 102 degrees. All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful from the front desk, the groundskeepers and the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask, they just did it. Excellent! I had a roll of toilet paper by the bed for allergies and the cleaning staff left an extra box of tissue by the bed :-) Excellent stay! We’ll be back!"

"Parking was ok. Parked cars blocking driveway, yet there was no one around. A/C fan ran at its convenience, not ours. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine was broken, no toast, muffins tasted like chemicals. Check in was easy, but lacking. Coffee was good. Morning staff was pleasant. Check out was easy."

"Made reservation through Orbitz and Orbitz sent confirmation itinerary. Got to the hotel to check-in and was informed by hotel staff that they don't know why Orbitz confirmed the room or had it available because there was no availability. Hopefully will be able to get a refund especially after we ended up having to drive 2 hours home after 10pm."

"Horrible experience do NOT book at this hotel. I booked this hotel in advance for a business trip. The night before I called the hotel only to find out that they didn’t see my reservation. After insisting that I did have one and a hotels.com itinerary number and a charge to my card, and after several attempts to look up my reservation- magically the front desk found it- only they were showing it was cancelled. At that point the front desk was powerless to help and could only suggest I call a different number. Called the new number only to be hung up on twice (don’t use the prompt for reservations made by a third party), I was finally connected - surprise surprise the number provided, while it was a worldmark number it wasn’t the right department; and therefore had to start all over. Again went round to the next number and lo and behold, they couldn’t find the reservation either. After much insistence magically he found my reservation. As it was explained to me they overbooked the hotel and my room was given to a member. The solution: although I booked a two bedroom suite for my trip in a nice hotel, they could either refund my stay or put me in a double bed holiday inn or My Stay roach motel. At this time rooms were astronomically more expensive or unavailable due to a gem show in town. I was out of luck either way and ended up staying in a much lower end hotel that smelled of industrial cleaner. I was offered NO concessions, apology, or accommodation. NEVER book here"
