"The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but our room had many issues: the window unit didn't fit the window well, so there was a draft (we were in a blizzard, so this was an issue). Draft under the door, as well. I stuffed towels in both places. We weren't told the window unit didn't work, so when we tried it we lost all power to the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get power turned on again.
