"Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance"

"Clean room - really nice spa - especially if you book the private wellness room - really good breakfast and great coffee. The owner has his own creative and artsy style to decorate this hotel. Great value also for the money. Recommended!"

"This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. There was loads of choice at breakfast and the food was great - and if its nice - there are a few outside tables to eat. We had a really comfortable stay here"

"Aircon was stuck on hot. Too hot. Window open was suggestion but it was too noisy. Slept maybe 2 hours max. Awful "
