"Everyone was very welcoming since the first time I set foot on the reception area, every person that I asked a question or requested support from was kind and patient. The cleaning crew was EXCELLENT. I had the greatest experience, and having the restaurant within the property with access to Breakfast buffet is a BIG plus. I loved it, I will definitely stay again at Hotel Dunas without a doubt."

"La verdad nos vimos en la necesidad de limpiar nosotros nuestra habitación, el refrigerador olía feo, el microondas estaba sucio, y las cobijas tenían un olor que no nos agradó y tuvimos que lavar las cobijas con un jabón y suavitel de nuestro agrado, pusimos aromatizante para poder disminuir un poco ese olor que no nos agradaba en general de la habitación, además en la parte de la alberca que está pegada al gimnasio salía un olor como a drenaje de un tubo, considero que si deberían poner más cuidado en la limpieza que hacen en las habitaciones y en ese mal olor que se alcanza a percibir en la alberca, pero una vez que limpiamos nuestro cuarto nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, la gente del hotel muy cordial además el hotel está en una muy buena ubicación"
