Carlos, the man in charge of the facility was very accommodating in everything. Facility is very private and safe. The only bad thing is no cell service which is not their problem and the Internet only reaches so far. Other than that I give it a five star rating.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I stayed here and we had the whole hacienda to ourselves. We went to cascada de Tamul from there like 20 min. We had our own car. We ate in tanchachin. Outstanding experience, we felt like in the jungle.

Catastrophic and not serious

🇲🇽Cuando llegamos al hotel no había agua corriente (inodoro y baño) ¡Estábamos muy decepcionados y no nos quedamos aquí! No funciona así, el hotel tiene que informar a los huéspedes con antelación para que sea posible una cancelación. 🇺🇸When we arrived at the hotel there was no running water (toilet and bathroom) We were very disappointed and didn't stay here! It doesn't work that way, the hotel has to inform the guests in advance so that a cancellation is possible. 🇩🇪Als wir im Hotel ankamen, gab es kein fließendes Wasser (Toilette und Badezimmer) Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben nicht hier übernachtet! So geht das nicht, das Hotel muss die Gäste vorher informieren, damit eine Stornierung möglich ist.

La propiedad es muy agradable y tranquila. La lejanía a opciones de restaurantes puede ser inconveniente, es posible utilizar la cocina para preparar alimentos o consumir en el propio establecimiento. La alberca es muy amplia, para quienes nos gusta nadar resulta muy conveniente.
