"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. "Do not stay here. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Ludhiana but absolutely not worth it. Drilling during massage. Hammering sounds whilst in room, party prep noise early morning. When checking in, given zero info on hotel. Tv had to call a man to get is working. In room telephone really bad, wifi stopped working every day. No umbrellas by pool( see photo) so almost impossible to sit out. Hole by tap, electrical socket in bathroom comes away from wall. This is a hotel in need of renovation. The staff are very nice but often clueless and just saying anything hoping you will believe them( hammering noise is the air con!!) ( wifi will be back on on 10 minutes). They took food bill off.. 2 bowls of dhall and some chappatis. I have never posted a bad review of a hotel before.. I will be contacting radisson head office"
