"A very cozy space that was nice and quiet. There was an issue with the bed (miscommunication on my end) but it was fixed almost immediately. Quick and clear communication, easy to check in and a free coffee and croissant is always a plus. Highly recommend for a nice quiet trip."

"The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. Clemente, and look south, you will see the hotel's terrace, the entrance door is from Via delle Piagge. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any request, the kitchen is at your disposal all the time if you want a coffee or a snack. Note: stop at Piazza S. Clemente to drop off your luggage (you go up the stairs to the entrance, there is no elevator), if you are lucky you will find parking there and if not continue down Via Panico where you will find more free parking."

The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. "Great hotel, rooms are tight but clean. Location was a distance from Rome central and a bit of a process between busses and the metro to get there. Breakfasts were perfect a nice selection for a perfect start to the day. Over all loved the stay!"
