This is a wonderful B & B that is really top notch. The rooms are very comfortable with every amenity. A very quality establishment. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful restaurant. Your host is very gracious a and will attend to your every need. This is also a great location to explore Tuscany. Close to Cortona and Sienna and Arezzo.

we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

old fashion building, clean and affordable

This property was stunning. Gorgeous views westward over the rolling Tuscan hills, paired with a cozy spa and relaxing outdoor pool were the perfect setting for a portion of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly/helpful and management certainly does a superb job maintaining this historical setting.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. So quiet and peaceful after the city. Staff were amazing and owner on site. Nice restaurant a short stroll away. Great place to relax and have solitude. If you want to get around away from the property you will need a car. Nice pool and great views.

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. Our stay at Podere La Rocca was fabulous! The property is located in the rolling Tuscan hills just outside Montepulciano. The property is a working farm and vineyard with an onsite restaurant and pool. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge with a new jetted tub.
