Our room was spotless. Our stay was quiet. The staff was excellent, especially Rebecca. I left some things behind, and she went above and beyond to try to get them back to me.

Was an enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. Everyone was very clean and quiet. If I had 1 complaint, it would be the breakfast was not very inviting. There is no restaurant on site, but there are a few within a 10 minute drive.

This is conveniently located near my son's new school and was clean and inviting. It was lacking a restaurant and the TV was quite small considering the size of the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

If you are booking through Expedia you are a second class citizen. You will be moved to the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the free continental breakfast available to other quests is not available to those booking through Expedia. They are just trying to save on the fees they are paying to Expedia. Otherwise very clean and very polite as they tell you everything you can’t have.

Room was clean and spacious. Located in a quiet area. Breakfast was ok, would be nice to have some warm food (ie: eggs, bacon, sausage type food). If I am back in the area, I would stay here again.

Breakfast could have had more variety or hot meal choices and check in should be earlier than 4pm. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and tidy.

I found the front desk staff rude. When I asked for an extra towel she said she normally receives a towel in return, which I found weird because I was asking for more towels. The continental breakfast was lacking and when the coffee ran out the front desk person said that people can drink the coffee in their rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though. I would stay here again.

A beautifully set up location. Room was very nice and had everything. It was on the second floor and thete is no elevator. Be prepared when you book if that is a difficulty for you and you have baggage.

The young lady who booked us in was very friendly and helpful. The toilet had not be cleaned prior to our arrival and there was no housekeeping staff on duty when we arrived. She graciously left the front desk and cleaned the bathroom for us. After our first night, housekeeping did nothing in our room but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The breakfast options were very limited and nothing hot besides bread to toast.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk, Rebecca was EXCELLENT! Very professional and friendly—-5 STARS!! I had an issue with my TV volume, so I called the front desk and got a gentleman on the phone. As the TV service was Internet based, he suggested I call the number on the TV, which I did, was placed on hold for 10 mins before it disconnected. The disappointment in this matte was I felt the front desk should have tried to take more ownership of the issues at the beginning of the call. Finally, I went to use the rowing machine in the Fitness room, only to find out the chain was broken. So based on my experience, the initial engagement was very positive, but downhill after that. I forgot to mention I also had a burnt light bulb in the lamp beside my bed
