"We stayed here for two nights and overall had a good experience, especially considering it was the cheapest hotel we found in Kelowna. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, although the rooms are a little outdated. We did find a few small pieces of rubbish in the drawers, but nothing major. The parking lot could also have been cleaner, as there was quite a bit of rubbish around, possibly left by people staying around the area. Breakfast was included, but the first morning was disappointing as there was very little food available at 7:00 a.m., even though breakfast was supposed to start then. The second morning was much better, with toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, pastries, oat bars, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, butter and cream cheese. We only missed some ham, salami or cheese. Overall, for the price, we were satisfied with our stay."

"Hotel was overall good but not the best. Lift was very slow and had to wait for a while during morning hours. Room was good but floor mat needs to be looked it was dirty, washroom tub drain lock was loose, was not working properly, then I had to hold with temporary stopper, tub corner were dirty could have been cleaned better."

"The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was good. The only issue we experienced since we arrived was that the air conditioning was not working. They fixed it, but the next day it was not working again. So, one of the hotel staff moved us to another room. We had a good stay. Thanks."
