The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. "Arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags while we were waiting for our room. Room was very clean. Comfortable big bed. Shower was powerful and hot. Kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room. Really nice buffet breakfast. Drinks in bar reasonably priced. Staff polite and friendly. "

I was moved to another room that didn't have any spiders. Apart from the spiders, the cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen and bathroom seemed fine. "Fabulous location in Clifton Village. Well decorated with interesting artwork snd pretty garden. My bathroom shower was a bit quirky but room was clean and quiet and very comfortable bed. Easy walking to the Suspension Bridge and Observatory and loads of shoos and restaurants very close by. "
