"If you're looking for a hotel that combines outdated rooms, incompetent staff, and absolutely zero regard for its guests, congratulations—you've found it. I stayed here for five days while working in Grand Junction, and I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd recommend about this place. The rooms were tired, worn out, and featured an air conditioner that looked like it survived the Nixon administration. Comfort was clearly not a priority. The staff somehow managed to be the worst part of the experience. Customer service appeared to be a completely foreign concept. Upon check-in, I specifically requested a late checkout and explained my work schedule. I was led to believe it would be accommodated. Apparently that conversation meant absolutely nothing. On checkout day, while I was at work, they forced my son out of the room and made him sit outside for nearly three hours until I could return. No concern, no flexibility, no effort to help—just "not our problem." Any hotel that thinks that's an acceptable way to treat guests shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I've stayed in roadside motels that offered better service, cleaner rooms, and more professionalism. The only thing this hotel consistently delivered was disappointment. Do yourself a favor: spend your money somewhere else. Literally anywhere else."

"You can tell they’ve done a lot of work on it. It looks like it’s been freshly painted since last year when we were there, they are awesome people very friendly very respectful love their breakfast layout, they have quite a few options of things to eat, if you have a problem like they don’t hesitate to go fix that problem which is really good. I’m sure we’ll stay there again."

"This motel was strictly just ok. It certainly could use a refresh. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get his name. Location is great and several places you can walk to for something to eat or drink. Beds were very comfortable. Great for spending the night after traveling all day. The main reason I booked here was because it advertised a hot tub. Unfortunately it wasn’t working when we stayed."

"Unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. I went to the lounge (decor from the 70s) for a cocktail and dinner. The bartender was beyond rude and unpleasant, so much so that 2 customers looked up from their dinners after hearing how she spoke to me. When I opened my bed late that night there was some weird blood like stain on the sheets. Although they did refund me, it was not a pleasant hotel experience!"

"We stayed the week for our wedding- they were very accommodating moving our room when we had to bring our dog last minute, added an additional day, and even put my maid of honor in the conjoining room! Large grass area in the back that is suitable for pets / space to play ball. The pool was super clean and updated. Staff was very nice, lobby super clean, tons of luggage carts. 10/10 would stay again and recommend. Plus the view of the golf course and the monument was gorgeous."
