I booked this property yesterday since it was the first option when I looked up for my destination. Turns out it was 100 miles away from where I was supposed to go. I tried to contact both the property and Expedia help agent but I couldn’t get a refund back. We booked a room for nothing cause we didn’t even go. I tried contacting multiple times but nothing seemed to help. Still waiting my money back.

Check in process was good. The attendants were very welcoming. Room very small for handicap room. Hardly any countertop area in the bathroom. The towels were the cheap kind.

I didn't care for the check in process. I like to talk to people face to face not from a screen. I felt that the screen was too cold and impersonal. It also made checking in take longer than it needed to.
