Great place to stay!! Very clean, modern, close to Old Town, parking included. There's no front desk or lobby, but who needs those when the rooms have everything you could possibly need for your stay! We will definitely return!

So happy we stayed here!

So happy that we chose to stay at Zen; the location was so perfect. Safe and easily walkable to Old Town, restaurants etc. Communication was wonderful and the space was prefect. It was fun having a living room in addition to a bedroom to enjoy. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to experience Cluj.

A great central location

Great apartment. After many hours driving, I found the entry instructions confusing but Tudor was on hand to help, thankfully. The underground parking is a bonus but beware that it is a tight spot.

Good experience

The location is very convenient and walking distance from the main attractions of the city. Instructions to enter the building, parking and apartment were clear and the apartment itself is very nice and well kept. One issue we had where we needed to contact someone to help but we were not able to as we didn’t know who to contact and how. Overall, the apartment is recommended and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment, good location

Great: new, spacious, bright, well designed apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. Loads of TV channels including in English. Thanks to Diana who was very helpful on arrival. Less great: No elevator! Be aware no staff is on site at all except Diana, if and when she is preparing an apartment for a new guest. So if the neighbours below yell on their balcony at 1am, you need to ignore or confront them on your own . Plus, this is not an apartment hotel, so no services included. Still, price was fair and location was central.
