"Staff was friendly. Very busy. Parking situation was confusing and lot was extremely backed up. Biggest complaint was I requested a crib / pack n play multiple times and never received one. Front desk confirmed it would be sent up as well as the automated teller on the phone (couldn’t reach a human from the room phone)- never received it."
