"The place was clean and beautiful"

"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep. The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"This was a fraud booking. I contacted Expedia and the hotel. Expedia was great about it but the hotel did not care that my credit card had been scammed and refused to cancel the booking. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank so they can investigate the issue further. Zero compassion from Novotel staff"

"The hotel looked newer in the pics online than in reality but it was comfortable and close to everything we needed. The shower needed a good scrub though. There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom so my toiletries had to sit on the floor in their bag. Breakfast was great and convenient although we weren’t told how to access this on check in so ate out in the first morning. Room service was ordered on one occasion and the food came quickly and was delicious and hot. The coffe machine in the room needed rinsing quite a few times before use but was nice to have. The beach was also just a short walk which was nice and the pool and gym were enjoyed by my son. I think for the price I was expecting more and cleanliness of the bathroom and shower should be better however we did still enjoy our stay other than those things. I wouldn’t pay this price at the same hotel again though. I’ve stayed in cheaper accommodation that is cleaner and newer."
