“We loved the quiet. Everything was nice.”

“We has a great time. The pool was beautiful and the poolside bar was even better. Rooms were cleaned and very easily located for easy access to the convention center. The kids loved riding the ferry over to River St. service was excellent upon checking in. The only complaint I have is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Poor service there and super slow. We were usually in a hurry due to dance.”

“The Loud kids in the pool until 10 pm!!!! We had oceanfront room & it was also over the pool. We had just had a funeral for my MIL, also had to empty her apt. We were looking forward to a quiet evening to relax after what we had just been through. The sign on the pool gate said the pool closes at dusk. We called the front desk at 9 pm because of the noise & were told the pool is open till 10 pm. Could hear the yelling even w/the sliding door closed. There were 12 kids making noise. I...
