The staff at the hotel and restaurant staff was so awesome! They were so accommodation and made our stay very welcoming. All the housekeepers were very friendly and work very hard.

Amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Excellent breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Healthy walk possible in the evening along the Beach area and brightly lit safe conditions. Hotel restaurant is open late which makes it very convenient. Overall an excellent hotel choice.

Hallway did not hsve AC, Front desck hot as hell. No Airport transportation as false advetised on the web site. Gym was small with broken equipment. Room look in need of maintenance, door at the bathroom was broke, and paint was piling on the walls. Never again. Pool dirty. Terrible.

Great restaurant and staff. Beautiful views of the ocean. Our only problem was we booked the suite with a balcony because we love to sit outside but, drink coffee and listen to the ocean. When we arrived we were told that the balcony was under maintenance and could not be used. The door to the balcony was caulked shut so it apparently has been “under maintenance” for quite some time! No walking out in the large balcony or hearing the ocean! Very disappointing.

Well, its a OK hotel, my main problem here was the billing; they required a partial payment at the time i booked my room $54 and the rest was gonna be charged at check in ($118) at arrival the whole $172 was charge to my card, nobody Travelocity or the hotel Staff did anything to really fix it. ON TOP OF THAT i paid extra for Ocean view room and i ended up looking at the restaurants roof. I paid extra for breakfast etc. it was my husband’s first time in my home town and this ruin the experience a LOT. And no refund for what i paid extra to have the view. I have proof they got the request and still they did not change my room when i told them. I think this is one of those hotels where you should only go if you want basic room. They do not honored your request even if you pay the extras.

la puerta del baño no funciona, se le cae la manija, el agua de la regadera y del lavabo huele muy mal, como a drenaje o agua estancada, esta salada y cuando nos bañamos se siente una especie de grasa en el agua, tuvimos que usar el agua de botellitas para lavarnos los dientes y la cara. el personal de recepcion muy bueno y la camarista muy amable.

PERSONAL AL LLEGAR (FREDY) nada amable llegamos muy tarde después de 11:00 pm por un percance HABITACION ( baño sucio), sin cerrojo de seguridad la puerta, sin tazas para servir café, sólo una pequeña botella de agua éramos dos personas, el agua con olor y picor de óxido, muy poca presión en la regadera para enjuagarse, todo el piso 5 con olor a caño, la alberca descuidada, sucia, muy fría el agua, el jacuzzi fuera de servicio, sin buen acceso a la playa, ni un escalón o rampa es peligroso, las regaderas de enjuague en área de alberca sucias descuidadas, salieron ranas de la tubería, sin toallas para alberca en el momento requerido, sin papelería y pluma para escribir algún mensaje o recado, PERSONAL MATUTINO en recepción nada empático poco amable, el cuarto y cama limpio, que da buen descanso, ocasionalmente ruido de otras habitaciones, en área de restaurante todo bien personal MUY amable, excelente limpieza, rica, variada y abundantes alimentos en buffet del desayuno , el vigilante muy amable. NO HAY CARGADOR PARA AUTO ELECTRICO. era nuestra 1a opción por años, ha dejado de serlo lamentablemente. deben rescatar este maravilloso hotel a la brevedad posible.

De todos los Holiday que conozco en México, este es el que menos calificación obtiene. Al hotel le falta remodelación, se ve descuidado, carece de decoración alguna en lobby, pasillos y habitaciones. Ya se ven muy usados los muebles de la habitación. Cuando llegamos había una fiesta y apenas hubo lugar para nosotros los huespedes en el estacionamiento. El hotel cumple con lo básico. El restaurante es regular. El hotel no es de la categoria y servicio que se espera de un hotel que ostenta la marca de Holiday Inn. No te dejes engañar por el nombre.
