Hotel is long past its prime. At times looks like you are in a set of and eighties TV series. This is not necessarily bad, the hotel is clean and price is reasonable. Just outdated.

El servicio de restaurant y recepción excelente, sin embargo la habitación olía muy mal, había una señora que hacía el quehacer y lo dejaba muy bien, y luego lo realizó un joven que lo dejó mal. El mini split hace bastante ruido cuesta dormir y si lo apagas no duermes por el calor.

Empleados rateros.

Mi viaje de regreso era cuatro hrs más tarde que la hora de salida del hotel por lo que solicité me guardaran mis maletas para recogerlas después. Cuando ya estaba en la central camionera quise cargar la batería de mi teléfono me di cuenta que alguien había robado mis cargadores de batería de mi iPhone y mi iPad. Con esto no volveré a llegar ahí.

Hotel modesto, pero con buena atención.

Como el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad se facilita conseguir taxi de inmediato. Puedes salir a caminar tranquilamente por la parte más antigua de la ciudad.. Las placas comerciales si se encuentran alejadas pero igual que en otras ciudades es fácil llegar en taxi o transporte colectivo.

Muy buena instalacion, habitacion muy comoda con todos los servicios. Nos encanto que tuviera un pequeño frigobar, mesita con sillas para disfrutar los alimentos y un sillon reposet ademas muy centrico con muchas opciones en su alrededor y con un estacionamiento amplio y bien atendido. Su restaurante con precios un poco caros. Por lo demas excelente

El lugar es muy tranquilo y la atención del personal excelente, amplio estacionamiento. Lo que no me gustó, el olor de las habitaciones. Me he quedado en hoteles mucho mas viejos pero aromatizan de manera que no se nota lo viejo. Regresé a Coatzacoalcos por 3 dias mas pero de plano me abstuve de hospedarme ahi por eso.

El lavabo del baño tenía una fuga, se reportó y dijeron que ya tenía tiempo pero que no la habían podido reparar. Durante el día, un ruido espantoso, golpeaban algo en la habitación de a un lado, probablemente reparando algo. En el restaurante el menú es rígido, pedí una orden de picadas surtidas y me dijeron que todas tenían que ser de un mismo ingrediente.
