"The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great. "

"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "

"The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend."
