"A beautiful hotel/casino! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks. GREAT SHOWER! Restaurants of all levels to choose from in the building! Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and accommodating! We loved our 3 night stay!! The free breakfast buffet was very good! We were glad we stayed here rather than in Flagstaff. One day we drove to Sunset Crater and Wupatki; it was a beautiful drive with the Painted Desert in the distance.. Take drinks and snacks with you! We would definitely recommend TWIN ARROWS!’"

"The pool area was very limited for seats. The golf cart would only take us to the top of a very steep hill that was the only way to get out of the hotel. The golf cart would not drive all the way up the hill, so you had to walk the rest of the way up the steep hill. Also, we were told that they couldn’t drive us in the golf cart in the rain."
