A great find

Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too! Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants.

Perfection in Cognac

This is a singularly perfect hotel, service, food, rooms, location are all exceptional. The staff are attentive with grace and warmth of a family château and I would highly recommend a stay here.

This is a spectacular property in design service and food. Breakfast a work of art and the woman who works it is the most charming happy person ever! The attention details and design are absolutely amazing! And I never do reviews:)

De los mejores hoteles , si alguna vez andan en cognac , este es el hotel Cuidan cada detalle , sales del cuarto y entran a ponerte toallas limpias , agua , etc El desayuno es una delicia , el restaurante buenísimo El cuarto precios y la propiedad también Hasta agua te ponen en el auto cuando ya te vas Me fui muy feliz del hotel y con muchas ganas de volver

O Hotel é lindo, mas não há nada para fazer, hoje um dia de sol a piscina está abandonada. Não tem Spa, quarto sem banheira. O restaurante lindo, mas o cardápio é o mesmo para jantar e almoço. No almoço a comida estava boa, no jantar horrível. Nitidamente nosso prato e copo de vinho era totalmente diferente do servido aos franceses. Prato caro e ruim. Atendimento da recepção excelente.

fred Bernard 5/5 il y a 3 minutes sur Google Séjour à 2 pour notre cadeau de Noël dans cet hôtel magnifique superbement restauré et décoré. Le personnel est agréable, attentionné à votre écoute et prêt à vous rendre service dès que vous le souhaitez. Mention spéciale à Zeina pour son sourire, son accueil et ses conseils avisés pour le petit déjeuner brunch qui est tout simplement à tomber. Nous nous sommes régalés de produits frais, très bien cuisinés et copieux. Un lieu à découvrir absolument 🙂. Un vrai relais château comme on les aime. Nous reviendrons c est sûr.
