“Quaint little hotel with the best view!”

“We had a very lovely stay. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The accessibility to town by bus was great. The views were incredible from our room. The a/c worked great. The check in time preferred by the owners is different than what is listed on Expedia. I found them charming and simply would encourage communication.
